When you choose to pay by using the Generate a Pabilink, you will be provided with a shareable link. You can highlight the text of the link and press right click and then select copy. Share that copied link with the person who will complete the payment by using right click and paste in your message to them. If you are doing this on mobile, use the long press on the text to copy, and long press to paste in order to share the link.
