When you receive an email from SendToPhil, you will have a link at the bottom of the email named Manage preferences. Click this link, and you will be taken to an options menu wherein you can choose what emails, if any, you would like to be able to receive from SendToPhil. You may toggle off or on any of the options. Once you are satisfied, press Save preferences. You will now receive emails according to your new preferences.
